• Kylene Dibble has a Bachelor of Social Work from Meredith College and a Master of Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. Her career focus has been in the non profit sector, with a focus on individuals and families experiencing homelessness, youth, LGBTQ+ populations, and public education advocacy. In additional to a 20+ year career in non profit, Dibble has served as a teaching instructor at East Carolina University in the School of Social Work since 2015. Her teaching experience includes all levels of Practice courses, Introduction to Social Work and Social Welfare, and field seminar courses. She currently serves as Senior Teaching Instructor in the School of Social Work, as well as BSW Program Director.
